COA Standards for Private Organizations
Our agency is preparing for reaccreditation under the Eighth Edition Standards. The COA site is well organized and very easy to use. Our team of employees working on the reaccreditation process has found the tools index to be very helpful, particularly some of the templates. The “Interpretations” provided for most standards help further clarify the intent of the standard. Being able to access everything from one site makes the reaccreditation process as efficient as possible.

A staff of 600 provides support and services related to housing, food, mental health, children's services, addiction treatment, and domestic violence services.
