Onsite registration will be available beginning on Sunday, August 5, at 11 AM in the Silver Corridor at the Waldorf Astoria on the 3rd floor. Please be prepared to make payment onsite either by check or credit card.

Registration Fee

Your standard registration fee covers conference materials, the opening reception, conference workshops, breakfasts and luncheons on Monday and Tuesday, and if applicable, the Volunteer Day and the Public Agency Roundtable.

Fees for early registration received on or before June 29, 2012:

Presenters $450
COA Volunteers (Peer Reviewers, Team Leaders, Hague Evaluators, Lead Evaluators, After School Endorsers, Commissioners, Sponsor Advisory Council Members and Board Members) $475
Monday Day Rate $350
Tuesday Day Rate $275

Continuing Education Credits

Participants attending COA’s 2012 National Conference will earn Continuing Education Credits (CEUs) through the National Association of Social Workers (NASW). Credit will be given for all conference activities and select pre-conference trainings. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations and requests for refunds must be submitted in writing via email or fax to the attention of Helen Torres at htorres@coanet.org or by fax at (866) 379-0091. Requests for refunds must be received by June 29, 2012 and will incur a $75.00 fee.

Please note that no refunds will be issued after June 29, 2012
