10 exhibitors will be accepted to participate in COA’s 2012 National Conference. Please note that conference sponsors will be given preference with regard to exhibit location.
Exhibiting Hours:
Monday, August 6, 8 AM – 6:00 PM
& Tuesday, August 7, 8 AM – 2:30 PM
Setup: Sunday, August 5, Noon – 4:00 PM
Dismantle: Tuesday, August 7, 2:30 – 5:00 PM
Cost: $1,800COA reserves the right to reject exhibitors, advertisers and sponsors. Also, cancellations made after Friday, June 1, 2012 will be billed for the full amount.
Please note that CO A accredited, in-process and prospective organizations are not eligible to sponsor, exhibit, or advertise during CO A’s 2012 National Conference.
Additionally, exhibit space is limited and preference will be given to conference sponsors. Sponsorships will be allotted on a first-come, first-serve basis.
