-
Customized accreditation training for Service Standards not covered in the standard curricula.

How does Customized Training Work?
Once you decide that you and your staff would like customized training, COA has an initial conversation with you to determine the type of training, general content, delivery mode, and other logistics. Then we develop a contract that outlines this information along with the cost of the training. Once your organization agrees to this information and signs the contract, you will talk on the phone with one of our trainers and set up the specific details of the training.
How Much does Customized Training Cost?
The cost of customized training is based on a number of factors including COA's travel and hotel costs (if a live training), training customization and development costs, material costs (for manuals and other materials), COA administration costs, and whether we need to arrange for facilities and catering. The costs can range from as low as $500 to $1000 for a webinar or series of webinars, to $5000 to $10,000 for a live training or series of trainings. To make a customized training cost efficient for you and your staff, it is recommended that you have at least 10 staff members attending the training. To request a quote for customized training, please send the following information to COA to trainings@coanet.org. Within 2 business days, COA will provide a quote:
